Nike partners with thousands of retailers and athletes worldwide. Before CMP, customer data lived in multiple disconnected systems, making it difficult to manage, validate, and scale globally. CMP unified this data, enabling accurate global reporting and supporting critical business decisions.

CMP had to serve a diverse user base with distinct goals and compliance needs. Onboarding a wholesale partner was entirely different from onboarding an athlete or sports marketing customer, yet the platform needed to support them all.
I helped drive clarity across teams about who our true users were, aligning design, product, and engineering on a shared customer model. This alignment unblocked decision-making and allowed the project to move forward with greater focus and purpose.
I led key initiatives to globalize the platform and introduce flexible workflows. Through interviews, journey mapping, and flow audits, we identified opportunities to streamline authoring and validation. We phased in a redesign that supported both light and heavy data users while meeting regional compliance requirements.
